Position Title

Attorney

Position Duties

• Legal work for clients in the area of family law
• Draft legal documents
• Represent clients at court hearings
• Meet with clients
• File court documents
• Mediate between client and opposing parties
• Preserve confidentiality of client information

Travel: Travel to court in Fargo, ND and to court in Moorhead, MN. Court is approximately two times per month in Fargo, ND, and once a month in Moorhead, MN.

Position Requirements

1. JD from an accredited US law school
2. License to practice law in North Dakota and Minnesota
3. Three years’ experience as a family law attorney, including the following experience:
1. Drafting pleadings/court documents
2. Legal Research
3. Client interviews
4. Representing clients at court hearings and mediations
4. All experience can be gained concurrently

Rate of Pay

$148,101 per year plus standard company benefits including retirement, health insurance, and PTO. The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.
